WARNER ROBINS, Ga. (WCTV) – The Green Machine of the Chaires Capitola Little League is coming home to Tallahassee as a historic run for the program has come to an end.<\/p>\n
On Monday, Chaires fell in an elimination game of the Southeast Region Tournament in Warner Robins, GA. The Green Machine were shut out 4-0 by Nolensville, TN.<\/p>\n
Chaires had won their first two games of the tournament before running into tougher opposition in Phenix City, AL and Nolensville. Chaires lost to Phenix City 8-5 on Sunday<\/a>, setting up Monday\u2019s must-win game.<\/p>\n Although the Green Machine did not realize their dream of making it to the Little League World Series, the boys from Tallahassee made history this season.
