He is charged with criminal mischief and causing more than $1,000 in property damage.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" data-chromatic=\"ignore\" alt=\"\" class=\"c-image\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/FM46MNV4BJCSFOHTJ6AYDWDE7U.jpg\"  width=\"800\" height=\"450\"\/>Philip Brown (Broward Sheriff&#8217;s Office) <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">The arrest comes after the homeowners previously told Local 10 that a man they did not know had repeatedly shown up at their second home and damaged the property.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.local10.com\/news\/local\/2026\/08\/03\/were-scared-vandal-keeps-coming-back-to-damage-hollywood-home\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.local10.com\/news\/local\/2026\/08\/03\/were-scared-vandal-keeps-coming-back-to-damage-hollywood-home\/\">Security cameras captured several of the incidents.<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">The homeowners said the man tore security cameras from the house, broke multiple windows and made violent threats. Guests were staying at the property during some of the incidents, according to the couple.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">The homeowners said they contacted police each time the man returned, but he would leave before officers arrived.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">\u201cWe\u2019re scared, very anxious about it, because this guy is targeting our house for God knows why,\u201d one of the homeowners, who asked not to be identified, previously told Local 10. \u201cWe don\u2019t know him. We have no enemies, nothing.
