What the case was about<\/p>\n

Buc-ee\u2019s accused Prometheus Esoterica<\/a> \u2014 an Orlando-area oddities shop \u2014 of using Buc-ee\u2019s branding on merchandise, including the well-known beaver logo, in a way that could mislead customers about an affiliation.<\/p>\n

The parties stipulated in the filing that:<\/p>\n

Buc-ee\u2019s has long used the\u00a0BUC-EE\u2019S\u00a0mark and beaver logo and has grown to\u00a050+ stores\u00a0across several states, including Florida.<\/p>\n

Prometheus Esoterica sold items (including\u00a0t-shirts and decals) featuring the beaver logo, both online and in-store, with prior knowledge of Buc-ee\u2019s marks.<\/p>\n
