Orlando City SC earned a 5-3 win on penalties against Atl\u00e9tico de San Luis after a 2-2 draw in regulation on Wednesday at Inter.co Stadium in Orlando, Florida, as both clubs concluded their Leagues Cup 2026 campaigns.<\/p>\n
Daryl Dike\u00a0opened the scoring in the 31st minute, finishing from close range following a save on Tiago’s header. Making his first start since returning to Orlando, Dike gave the Lions a 1-0 lead at halftime.<\/p>\n
Orlando doubled its lead in the 69th minute.\u00a0Tiago\u00a0created the opportunity with a ball into the box, and\u00a0Justin Ellis, who entered the match 10 minutes earlier for Dike, headed it past Gibr\u00e1n Lajud.<\/p>\n
Sebasti\u00e1n P\u00e9rez-Bouquet\u00a0pulled one back for Atl\u00e9tico San Luis in the 78th minute after Orlando failed to clear the ball, finishing from inside the box to make it 2-1.<\/p>\n
David Rodr\u00edguez\u00a0equalized in the sixth minute of second-half stoppage time, collecting the ball near the edge of the box and firing into the net to make it 2-2.<\/p>\n
