Floorplans will span one-bedroom to three-bedroom models, and residents would have access to a suite of on-site amenities.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-41547\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/Screenshot-2026-08-12-at-8.17.02-PM.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1200\" height=\"674\"  \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\">The Aurelian will have a bronze sculpture in the lobby. Image by Behar Font<\/p>\n<p>Indoor offerings include a fitness center, yoga studio, and communal working space; outdoor offerings include a resort-style swimming pool and lounges. Floridian Development reports that although The Aurelian would not have ground-floor retail (which is typical of many modern housing developments), the developer would invest in the surrounding property, such as expanding the surrounding sidewalk and building a colonnade.<\/p>\n<p>There will also be 248 parking spots in a multi-level podium. Behar Font &amp; Partners is the architect. Ortega Group is the general contractor. Developer Empira Group purchased The Aurelian\u2019s 1.2-acre build site for $18 million last year.
