Upon arrival, they found a 10-year-old child unresponsive, not breathing and with a faint pulse.<\/p>\n<p data-node-id=\"2\">It was determined that the child was suffering from a drug overdose, and deputies administered naloxone. The victim was transported to the hospital for further evaluation.<\/p>\n<p data-node-id=\"3\">The two suspects involved, Robert Dillard and Tasianna Squires, were detained pending further investigation. In the hotel room, deputies found drug paraphernalia and clear bags containing fentanyl, including a bag in Squires&#8217; purse after a search warrant was authorized, LCSO says.<\/p>\n<p data-node-id=\"4\">Trafficking amounts of fentanyl were also found behind the refrigerator.
