After the primary election, it&#8217;ll be another 11 weeks until the general election on Nov. 3.<\/p>\n<p data-node-id=\"2\">Keep in mind, too, that Florida is a closed primary election state. This means that only voters whom are registered members of a political party may vote for candidates or nominees of said party, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/dos.fl.gov\/elections\/for-voters\/voter-registration\/closed-primary-elections\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">the Florida Division of Elections<\/a>.
