It sustained hurricane-related damage, and contractors will be performing repair work to portions of it.<\/p>\n<p data-node-id=\"2\">The closures will include the boardwalk, piers, parking, restrooms, visitor center and the Veterans Memorial. Park programs will also be postponed.<\/p>\n<p data-node-id=\"3\">The city says that the kayak launch, docks and picnic area on Kayak Shack Road will remain open.
