The project represents Four Seasons\u2019 first standalone residential offering in Florida and is expected to welcome residents in early 2028.<\/p>\n<p>Designed by Miami-based Luis Revuelta\u00a0with interiors by Florentine designer Michele B\u00f6nan and landscape architecture by Raymond Jungles, the softly curved 20-story tower will offer 70 residences ranging from 2,025 to 3,975 square feet, as well as four penthouse homes spanning up to 9,690 square feet.
