St. Louis CITY SC has\u00a0acquired\u00a020-year-old\u00a0defender\u00a0Tahir Reid-Brown\u00a0from\u00a0Orlando City SC\u00a0in exchange for $150,000 in 2027\u00a0General Allocation Money (GAM).\u00a0Orlando City\u00a0could receive up to an\u00a0additional\u00a0$300,000 in conditional GAM if certain performance-based\u00a0metrics are met\u00a0and\u00a0will\u00a0also\u00a0retain\u00a0a percentage\u00a0in\u00a0any future\u00a0transfer\u00a0of\u00a0Reid-Brown.\u00a0\u00a0The\u00a0U.S. Youth International\u00a0defender\u00a0is signed through December 2027,\u00a0with\u00a0a club\u00a0option\u00a0through December 2028.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Reid-Brown joins CITY\u00a0SC\u00a0after developing within Orlando City\u2019s system since 2020. The Orlando, Florida, native began his time with the club\u2019s Academy before signing a first team contract as a Homegrown player in January 2024.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Reid-Brown made nine appearances for Orlando City\u2019s first team across all competitions, making his MLS debut against Inter Miami CF on March 2, 2025. Before joining the first team, he recorded 65 appearances and two goals for Orlando City B. He made his professional debut as a second-half substitute against Philadelphia Union II on March 26, 2023, and scored his first professional goal against Inter Miami CF II on April 15, 2025.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Reid-Brown\u00a0has also represented the United States at multiple youth international levels, including the 2023 FIFA U-17 World Cup, as well as appearances with the U.S. U-19 and U-20 Men\u2019s National Teams.\u00a0<\/p>\n
