They would measure about 490 to 800 square feet.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bizjournals.com\/southflorida\/news\/2026\/08\/03\/developer-proposes-200-apartments-in-miami-dade.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">The South Florida Business Journal<\/a> reports that at the time of publication, the developer had not outlined income restrictions; yet, Miami-Dade County defines affordable housing as housing available to households earning at or below 140 percent of the area median income (AMI).<\/p>\n<p>Additional features of Solara Village include 2,000 square feet of retail and 213 parking spots. MHG Developers LLC is the developer. The firm has Solara Village\u2019s 2.84-acre build site under contract from its current owner, Tenth and 79 LLC. Aerial renderings via Google Earth show that the site is undeveloped.<\/p>\n<p>Deerfield Beach-based Gallo Herbert Architects designed Solara Village. Conceptual renderings are not currently available.<\/p>\n<p>Solara Village isn\u2019t the only development unfolding in Miami\u2019s West Little River neighborhood. One such venture is the first phase of <a href=\"https:\/\/floridayimby.com\/2026\/08\/administrative-site-plan-review-filed-for-280-unit-first-phase-of-northside-town-station-ii-in-west-little-river.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Northside Town Station II<\/a>.
