Central Florida is helping students and employees achieve their educational goals through two innovative programs, Project Compass and Goodwill Scholars.<\/p>\n<p><a author avatar\" loading=\"lazy\"\/>ORLANDO, Fla. \u2014<\/p>\n<p data-node-id=\"0\">As the school year begins, Goodwill Industries of Central Florida (GICF) is offering two programs, Project Compass and Goodwill Scholars, to help students and employees pursue education and career success.  <\/p>\n<p data-node-id=\"1\">Project Compass provides an alternative to traditional classrooms, offering one-on-one support to help students get back on track and hands-on job experience.  <\/p>\n<p data-node-id=\"2\">The program is a partnership between Orange County Public Schools (OCPS) and GICF. <\/p>\n<p data-node-id=\"3\">Goodwill Scholars, the nonprofit\u2019s scholarship program, has helped hundreds of GICF employees earn a degree, certificate, or diploma by covering the cost of tuition, books, and fees.  <\/p>\n<p data-node-id=\"4\">These programs emphasize the importance of showing that education doesn\u2019t have to follow a traditional path, creating opportunities for individuals
