JACKSONVILLE \u2013 The Jaguars have been intentional about building depth, and it’s becoming clear why.<\/p>\n
The Jaguars for at least the next few practices will be without a few key players, including wide receiver Parker Washington, offensive lineman Wyatt Milum and running back LeQuint Allen Jr. They adjusted in practice Tuesday, adjustments for which they long have prepared.<\/p>\n
“I love the way those guys embrace it,” Offensive Coordinator Grant Udinski<\/a> said Tuesday.<\/p>\n Udinski discussed the Jaguars’ moving pieces on offense following a near-90-minute practice on Day 15 of Jaguars 2026 Training Camp<\/a> at the Miller Electric Center<\/a>, noting that the versatility of the Jaguars’ roster has helped.<\/p>\n This is particularly true on the offensive line, where the Jaguars emphasize having multiple players prepared for multiple positions.<\/p>\n “Even at practice, you see the guys moving around to different spots,” Udinski said. “Everybody’s playing inside, they’re playing outside, they’re playing left, they’re playing right.<\/p>\n “I’m fortunate that we have guys that can play those different spots, but you certainly keep it in mind to try to give guys maybe a little bit less challenging downs than had they gone out there and you’re just running the plays blindly.”<\/p>\n Offensive lineman Walker Little<\/a> was among multiple Jaguars players returning to practice Tuesday. Multiple linemen have missed time with injuries during camp, including Little, Chuma Edoga, Patrick Mekari and Milum.<\/p>\n One player who has emerged in camp: Rookie guard Emmanuel Pregnon<\/a>, who took repetitions with the first-team offense Tuesday. Pregnon, a third-round selection in the 2026 NFL Draft from the University of Oregon, stood out in Saturday’s preseason opener against the New Orleans Saints \u2013and he has gotten more reps this week.<\/p>\n “You see the physicality, you see the strength, you see the athleticism, you see the speed,” Udinski said of Pregnon. “He’s able to showcase that stuff now because he has a better understanding of the system, a better understanding of his rules.<\/p>\n “When there are shifts and adjustments and movement by the defense when we’re making communication and calls out there, the processing of that is just that much quicker. It’s a credit to his study and effort.”<\/p>\n The Jaguars worked heavy situationally Tuesday, with a joint practice with the Carolina Panthers scheduled for Wednesday at the MEC. The teams will play at EverBank Stadium in Preseason Week 2<\/a> Friday, with Head Coach Liam Coen<\/a> saying on Monday starters and front-line players may play in that game.<\/p>\n “We’ll see how things shake out,” Udinski said Tuesday. “I’ll let Liam make those decisions, whether it’s who’s calling plays or who’s playing in the game. That’s up to him. So, I’m excited for the game either way.
