JACKSONVILLE, Fla. \u2014 Four people are facing charges in connection with the murder of a man who was a legal refugee in the United States, the Jacksonville Sheriff\u2019s Office said Monday.<\/p>\n
Action News Jax first told you about the shooting<\/a> when it happened in the early morning hours on July 16 at Drew Park.<\/p>\n >>> STREAM ACTION NEWS JAX LIVE <<<<\/a><\/p>\n JSO said in a news release that the victim, 18-year-old Marvin Oporta Garcia, was found \u201cwith multiple gunshot wounds.\u201d<\/p>\n Oporta Garcia died of his injuries before he could receive medical treatment, JSO said.<\/p>\n [DOWNLOAD: Free Action News Jax app for alerts as news breaks<\/a>]<\/p>\n JSO\u2019s Homicide Unit identified the four individuals as suspects in connection to Oporta Garcia\u2019s murder:<\/p>\n Jose Hernandez Bermudez, 16Kleber Martinez, 17Daniel Ramirez Mato, 18Russell Oliva Reyes, 21<\/p>\n [SIGN UP: Action News Jax Daily Headlines Newsletter<\/a>] <\/p>\n All four suspects are in the U.S. without legal immigration status, JSO said.
