Photo courtesy of Circa69<\/p>\n<p class=\"ms-outlook-mobile-reference-message skipProofing\">At Circa69 in Jensen Beach, Chef Paul Niedermann, winner of Hell\u2019s Kitchen Season 9, is dishing a rotating Summer of \u201969 dining series inspired by seasonal flavors and the restaurant\u2019s nostalgic coastal personality.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ms-outlook-mobile-reference-message skipProofing\">The current menu, Mango Madness, celebrates the tail end of South Florida\u2019s mango season, and will be available through August 29. Diners will enjoy the taste of perfectly ripe mango from the first course through dessert.
