TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – I am expecting another hot afternoon as temperatures reach the middle and upper 90s again today. With the combination of heat and humidity, the National Weather Service has issued a Heat Advisory again for this afternoon.<\/p>\n

Scattered storms this afternoon<\/p>\n

Anytime after 2 p.m., showers and storms will start to develop. Both along the sea breeze and from daytime heating ahead energy leftover from storms to our north.<\/p>\n

\"SunnySunny to start the day, turning partly sunny with some storms this evening.(WCTV)<\/p>\n

As school gets out, showers and storms will be more isolated, turning more scattered throughout the afternoon. It looks like the best chance of storms will be around dinner time as multiple boundaries work together to bring strong thunderstorms to the area. The strongest of those could bring gusty winds and heavy rain. <\/p>\n

Saturday will be one of those days where showers and storms will randomly develop at any point during the day. Some should wake up to showers and a few rumbles, while others will be rain-free. <\/p>\n

\"StrongStrong storms are possible again tomorrow afternoon and evening.(WCTV)<\/p>\n

The afternoon will be the best chance of storms during peak daytime heating. There will be less sun tomorrow too, with mostly cloudy skies. Highs in the upper 80s to low 90s. <\/p>\n

It will NOT be a washout of a day. Try to keep the raincoat handy throughout the day.<\/p>\n

Drier on Sunday and Monday<\/p>\n

Sunday, you will notice a different feel to the air. There will be a few stray showers for the extreme eastern Big Bend. Otherwise, most of us will wake up to mostly clear skies and temperatures in the low 70s with lower humidity. Mostly sunny and hot by the afternoon as a dry northwest wind takes over. Highs in the mid to upper 90s.<\/p>\n
