LUCIE COUNTY, Fla. \u2014<\/p>\n<p data-node-id=\"0\"> A St. Lucie County deputy has been found guilty of driving under the influence, according to Sheriff Richard Del Toro.<\/p>\n<p data-node-id=\"1\">Stay up to date: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wpbf.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">The latest headlines and weather from WPBF 25<\/a><\/p>\n<p data-node-id=\"2\">The sheriff said initial reports indicated Deputy Arthur Alfaro was found guilty of trying to flee deputies at a high rate of speed in Sebastian. However, Del Toro said no criminal charges were filed related to that allegation.<\/p>\n<p data-node-id=\"4\">Alfaro was found guilty on the DUI charge, the sheriff said.<\/p>\n<p data-node-id=\"5\">Now that the criminal case has been resolved, the St. Lucie County Sheriff&#8217;s Office will begin its Internal Affairs investigation.
