Cape Coral man accused of violating probation following arrest for driving high and drunk<\/p>\n

A Cape Coral man is accused of violating the terms of his probation following an arrest for driving while high and drunk, according to Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers.<\/p>\n

Crime Stoppers says Johnathan Charles, 25, was initially arrested after witnesses saw him weaving through lanes near Veterans Memorial Parkway and Surfside, before hitting a median and flipping several times.<\/p>\n

Police say that when they found Charles, he was babbling and extremely intoxicated. Officers say that there was also a rolled-up dollar bill and cocaine in the car.<\/p>\n

Charles was found guilty and placed on probation, which he was accused of violating when officers say he tested positive for cocaine in his system.<\/p>\n

Charles was last known to be living in Southwest Cape Coral.<\/p>\n
