Rock, Paper, Scissors is considered one of the most iconic hand games in the world.\u00a0\u00a0For that reason, the\u00a0Bradenton,\u00a0Cape Coral Hooters and Naples\u00a0Hooters\u00a0locations are hosting fun filled celebrations for kids, teens and adults in honor of\u00a0World Rock Paper Scissors Day\u00a0on\u00a0Thursday,\u00a0Aug. 27,\u00a0starting at 6 p.m.<\/p>\n
\u00a0Festivities at these three locations include the chance to win cool prizes and raise funds for local organizations.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
The celebration will include rock, paper, scissors contests for three age groups: 12 and under category \u2013 winner will win free kid\u2019s meals (one per week) for a year and all participants will receive a gift bag; 13 to 17-year-old category \u2013 will win a VIP table for the winner and five friends for the upcoming Hooters Calendar signings; and the 18 and older category winner will receive wings for a year (10 free wings per week for 52 weeks).\u00a0It is free to participate, just\u00a0sign up at the restaurant on Aug. 27.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
Twenty percent of food and beverage sales will be donated\u00a0to local\u00a0organizations \u2014 just mention the Friendraiser to your server.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
The participating restaurants\u2019 donations will benefit:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022\u00a0 Cape Coral Hooters, 3120 Del Prado Blvd., Cape Coral,\u00a0funds will go to\u00a0Cape Coral High School.<\/p>\n
\u2022\u00a0 Naples Hooters, 3625 Gateway Lane, Naples, funds will go to Collier County 100 Club,\u00a0which helps financially assist first responders and their families in time of tragedy.<\/p>\n
\u2022\u00a0 Bradenton Hooters, 4908 14th\u00a0St., W., Bradenton,\u00a0funds will go to\u00a0Suncoast Aqua Ventures.\u00a0<\/p>\n
