Andy Reid reflected on the team’s time at camp<\/a>.<\/p>\n“They worked hard, and I appreciated that,” Reid said. “I thought we made progress. I mentioned before, I think it’s the young guys that you’re really looking at here \u2014 we have a number of them \u2014 and how they’ve progressed, and continue to progress will be a big part of how this team does.”<\/p>\n
He also gave credit to veterans Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce, Chris Jones and Nick Bolton for their leadership at training camp.<\/p>\n
Reid said quarterback Mahomes won’t take the field Saturday against the Buccaneers.<\/p>\n
