People across the bay will walk with purpose on Sunday, Nov. 9, as families, supporters, and advocates gather at Eckerd College for the 2025 Greater Florida Walk N Roll.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The fundraiser benefits Cure SMA, the national nonprofit dedicated to ending spinal muscular atrophy (SMA).<\/p>\n

The Walk N Roll runs from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Fox Hall, Eckerd College (4200 54th Ave. S., St. Petersburg). The event is open to the public and welcomes walkers, rollers, and supporters of all ages and abilities.<\/p>\n
Guests can enjoy complimentary refreshments, community activities, and an accessible, paved walking route. According to the media release, children and families affected by SMA will be onsite, giving attendees the opportunity to connect directly with those who benefit from research and support programs funded by Cure SMA.<\/p>\n
This year\u2019s Walk N Roll introduces a new attraction: The Spheres Bubble Show, featuring four-time Guinness World Record holder Blaise Ryndes. His interactive performance aims to bring excitement, wonder, and joy to a day centered on hope.<\/p>\n
