A recent proposal from Magasi Redwood AC Holdings I LLC calls for 180 units in eight stories, with floorplans ranging from one-bedroom to five-bedroom layouts. They would range from about 680 to 1,800 square feet.<\/p>\n<p>Residency would be available for households earning up to 80 and 120 percent of the area median income (AMI). Other features of the eight-story venture include 6,455 square feet of ground-floor commercial space and 388 parking spots: 362 in a covered parking garage and the remaining 26 at surface-level.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-41735\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/Screenshot-2026-08-23-at-9.53.41-PM.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1200\" height=\"813\"  \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\">The first phase would rise eight stories. Reprtwar is the architect.<\/p>\n<p>As noted, Magasi Redwood AC Holdings I LLC is the developer. The firm submitted a pre-application on Friday, where the firm hopes to get community feedback and learn of other possible complications before proceeding with the formal application process.
