They reportedly purchased it as a vacation home, then spent a cool $300,000 on renovations. Their permanent base is roughly an hour\u2019s drive away, in Wesley Chapel.<\/p>\n
The home spans 2,182 square feet on Boca Ciega Bay. What\u2019s more, it draws its aesthetic inspiration from the Soneva Fushi resort in the Maldives.<\/p>\n
It stands replete with wood finishes and a split-roof design, which allows sunlight to flood throughout the interior. That design also allows the exterior to resemble the sails of a ship.<\/p>\n
