Chunks of concrete were dislodged as a result of the impact.<\/p>\n<p>The Opa-Locka Police Department reported that the driver of the vehicle suffered multiple injuries and was transported to Jackson North Medical Center. Authorities are currently investigating the cause of the crash.<\/p>\n<p>Chopper 4 captured a grey Ford Mustang convertible being towed from the site.<\/p>\n<p>According to Miami-Dade Fire Rescue, the building sustained significant structural damage and has been deemed uninhabitable.
