A man has been arrested in connection with a homicide investigation in southwest Leon County, according to the Leon County Sheriff\u2019s Office.(Leon County Jail)<\/p>\nLEON COUNTY, Fla. (WCTV) – A man was arrested over the weekend after being accused of shooting and killing a man just before burning the victim\u2019s body in southwest Leon County, according to court records.<\/p>\n
Luis Olla-Hernandez, 29, was arrested and charged with first-degree murder. He was booked into the Leon County Jail on Sunday.<\/p>\n

Court records obtained by WCTV Monday revealed that U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement issued an immigration detainer for Olla-Hernandez, indicating that ICE plans to detain the suspect.<\/p>\n
Furthermore, the documents state he is a citizen of El Salvador and identify him as \u201ca member of a designated foreign terrorist organization\u201d or \u201cotherwise poses a risk to national security, border security or public safety.\u201d <\/p>\n
An ICE spokesperson said Olla-Hernandez illegally entered the U.S. near Hidalgo, Texas and was ordered to be removed by a judge in 2024. <\/p>\n
\u201cHe has been identified as a suspected member of the Maravilla Salva Trucha gang (MS-13), a designated foreign terror organization as of 2025,\u201d the ICE spokesperson said. <\/p>\n
The detainer says Olla-Hernandez is a \u201cremovable individual\u201d based on ongoing removal proceedings against him.<\/p>\n

WCTV obtained Olla-Hernandez\u2019s arrest papers Monday afternoon, which included additional details about the incident that began Thursday night into Friday.<\/p>\n
According to the court records, he allegedly shot and killed Devin Graves, just before burning Graves\u2019 body with the help of his girlfriend.<\/p>\n
The probable cause affidavit indicated that the murder occurred in the 200 block of Pond Pine Street, where authorities said the suspect lived in a converted shed.<\/p>\n
Olla-Hernandez suspected that Graves was involved with his girlfriend, which detectives said led him to lure Graves to his property.<\/p>\n
The suspect allegedly shot Graves multiple times after he entered his shed, according to arrest papers.<\/p>\n
The court papers went on to say that Olla-Hernandez forced his girlfriend at gunpoint to help clean up and dispose of Graves\u2019 body, including burning the remains on the property. <\/p>\n
\u201cLook what you made me do,\u201d Olla-Hernandez allegedly said just before pointing a gun at his girlfriend. <\/p>\n
Forensic evidence included human remains found on Saturday in a fresh burn pile at Olla-Hernandez\u2019s property, according to the affidavit.<\/p>\n
Olla-Hernandez appeared in court Monday morning, where he was ordered to be held without bond. He was also ordered not to have any contact with his partner or the victim\u2019s family. <\/p>\n
A member of Graves\u2019s family told WCTV Monday afternoon that his loss was shocking.<\/p>\n
\u201cEveryone involved needs to be held accountable and we just need justice for Devin,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n
The investigation is active and ongoing.<\/p>\n
