Emergency crews respond to a fatal crash on northbound I-95 near Race Track Road in Jacksonville early Tuesday morning, Aug. 25, 2026 (FDOT)<\/p>\n

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. \u2013 A fatal crash previously blocked all northbound lanes of Interstate 95 at State Road 9B in Jacksonville, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.<\/p>\n

The crash was reported around 5:41 a.m. Tuesday near mile marker 333. FHP is investigating a fatality.<\/p>\n

All lanes were blocked and at one point some vehicles are getting around the crash using the shoulder.<\/p>\n

Drivers should avoid the area, use caution and expect significant delays. <\/p>\n

This is a developing story.<\/p>\n
