Florida father mourns wife and 2-year-old daughter killed by lightning strike during Sunday storm<\/p>\n

A Broward County father is mourning the loss of his wife and young daughter, who were killed by a lightning strike on Sunday afternoon. <\/p>\n

Cameron Glasgow said his family had just arrived at a relative\u2019s house for Sunday dinner when the tragedy occurred. As the family of four tried to race inside to avoid the storm, lightning struck, killing his wife, 31-year-old Kenya Glasgow, and their 2-year-old daughter, Kennedy, who leaves behind a twin sister. <\/p>\n

\u201cFor her to lose, cause I know she can\u2019t even fathom it right now,\u201d Cameron said. <\/p>\n

Cameron said the impact of the strike was so intense that he felt the electric shock through the ground. He said he is alive \u201cby the grace of God.\u201d<\/p>\n
