Suspect in Casselberry crash that killed UCF professor, his brother back in court<\/p>\n

Marquavious Wheaton, accused of killing two people in a high-speed crash in Casselberry last month<\/a>, appeared in court Monday for a probation violation hearing. <\/p>\n

Wheaton is charged with two counts of second-degree murder. Prosecutors are seeking a life sentence in the case.<\/p>\n

The crash happened on July 7 at the intersection of 17-92 and Sunnytown Road. <\/p>\n

Officials said the crash occurred after police attempted to pull Wheaton over, and he sped off. <\/p>\n

He eventually crashed at speeds agents said were well over 100 mph. <\/p>\n

Christopher and Tyler Marier were both killed in the crash. <\/p>\n
