{"id":38171,"date":"2025-11-08T00:50:10","date_gmt":"2025-11-08T00:50:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/38171\/"},"modified":"2025-11-08T00:50:10","modified_gmt":"2025-11-08T00:50:10","slug":"arrest-made-after-emaciated-great-dane-later-dies-action-news-jax","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/38171\/","title":{"rendered":"Arrest made after emaciated Great Dane later dies \u2013 Action News Jax"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 jsuuLb body-paragraph\">JACKSONVILLE, Fla. \u2014 An arrest has been made in connection with the case of a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.actionnewsjax.com\/news\/local\/jacksonville-animal-cruelty-investigation-underway-after-emaciated-great-dane-found-dead\/7AJA4LXC2VCZHKU5KNDWKSUGAU\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.actionnewsjax.com\/news\/local\/jacksonville-animal-cruelty-investigation-underway-after-emaciated-great-dane-found-dead\/7AJA4LXC2VCZHKU5KNDWKSUGAU\/\">severely emaciated Great Dane<\/a> who was found in Jacksonville and later died despite rescue efforts.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 jsuuLb body-paragraph\">Jacksonville\u2019s Animal Care &amp; Protective Services (ACPS) and the Jacksonville Sheriff\u2019s Office collaborated on the investigation, which led to the arrest.
