But the judge denied the deal after the victim said five years of probation was not enough.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">According to police, a Miami Southridge Senior High School student told investigators Infante made inappropriate comments to her, including, \u201cIf I was only 30 years younger&#8230; You\u2019re so beautiful&#8230; I\u2019ve been thinking about you&#8230; I can\u2019t wait to be with you.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">He is accused of hitting on the student, inappropriately touching her and allegedly kissing her chest. The teen told police she felt afraid.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Infante was charged with four counts of battery and one count of offenses against students by authority figures.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">The case will continue.
