The planned outage is affecting lights and restrooms at the park.<\/p>\n<p data-ogsc=\"\">The outage is part of The City of Cape Coral Parks and Recreation Department&#8217;s ongoing upgrades to the park.<\/p>\n<p data-ogsc=\"\">The park is open during the day with access to portable restrooms.
