A man has been arrested in a frightening incident in Pompano Beach involving a woman who woke up ion her home to a burglar groping her, authorities said.<\/p>\n
The woman had been asleep in her home in the 2900 block of Northeast 7th Street back on Aug. 16 when she woke up to a man touching her, Broward Sheriff’s Office officials said.<\/p>\n
The man fled, and authorities launched an investigation and were able to identify a suspect, 27-year-old Stinley Jean Jacques, officials said.<\/p>\n
On Wednesday, BSO detectives found Jean Jacques but he fled before he eventually crashed in North Miami, official said.<\/p>\n
Jean Jacques was booked into a Miami-Dade jail on traffic charges but was expected to be brought to Broward to face charges including burglary, battery, stalking and voyeurism.<\/p>\n
