The\u00a0Ombelle\u00a0Fort Lauderdale<\/a> luxury condominium development\u00a0slated\u00a0for Fort Lauderdale\u2019s<\/a>\u00a0Flagler Village\u00a0recently\u00a0held a groundbreaking ceremony.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The event marked the\u00a0completion of\u00a0pre-construction\u00a0test piles\u00a0and the start of the next phase of development. Work on the\u00a0community, which will feature two 44-story towers at 300 NE Third Ave., is expected to wrap up in\u00a02028.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Designed by ODA Architecture,\u00a0Ombelle\u00a0will offer a mix of furnished\u00a0homes ranging from studios to four-bedrooms and penthouses. Pricing starts in the $500,000s.\u00a0Douglas Elliman Development Marketing is handling sales.\u00a0<\/p>\n
