What a ‘Gouda’ boy! Officers use cheese to save dog trapped in Florida drain<\/p>\n

A sticky situation for one Florida puppy turned into something of a cheesy situation.<\/p>\n

Officers from the Tampa Police Department were recently called out to help a small dog that got stuck in a drain.<\/p>\n

“You got something sticky?” one officer can be heard saying. “Like, you can put it into the bottom of this thing so it can climb into it?”<\/p>\n

Then, the officer had a “Gouda” idea.<\/p>\n

“Spread that cheese on the bottom of this bucket,” the officer was heard saying.<\/p>\n

With the help of volunteers, they put cheese in a bucket and lowered it down, hoping the dog would jump in. <\/p>\n

The puppy hopped into the bucket, and the officers were able to pull the dog up to safety.<\/p>\n
