Universal Studios Florida has replaced the HHN 35 archway medallion with themed scrim. The horror season kicks off tonight, August 28.<\/p>\n

Universal Studios Florida Entrance Archway Medallion\"Universal<\/p>\n

When we\u00a0last visited the park<\/a> to check on the repainting project, more blue construction walls as well as white scrim were added to the entrance. They surrounded all but two archways on the left side.<\/p>\n

\"Universal<\/p>\n

Since then, the entire main archway is now covered in scrim. The white scrim is painted to mimic the appearance of the concealed archway, complete with a gold Universal Studios Florida logo, a palm tree-lined walkway, and a Halloween Horror Nights 35 logo medallion. It\u2019s replaced a real HHN medallion that has always been present to welcome guests.<\/p>\n

Though the walkway is narrower now, the main archway is still accessible for foot traffic.<\/p>\n

The paint color scheme of various shades of yellow and brown has remained largely unchanged since our last update. <\/p>\n

For reference, this what the archway looked like during last year\u2019s Halloween Horror Nights<\/a>:<\/p>\n

\"Entrance<\/p>\n

The large Halloween Horror Nights logo medallion was suspended above the walkway, held in place by anchor points in the archway.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0Universal Studios Florida exit<\/a>,\u00a0ticket booths<\/a>, and\u00a0entrance buildings<\/a>\u00a0were all repainted earlier this year. Previously pink, they were all painted white with brown trims. The entrance archway is expected to get a similar color scheme.<\/p>\n

Halloween Horror Nights 35<\/a>\u00a0is on select nights from August 28 through November 1, 2026. Stay tuned for our coverage of the event.<\/p>\n
