They will span 1,525 and 1,780 square feet, respectively. Additionally, 12 homes will be reserved for households earning up to 80 percent of the area median income (AMI), and the remaining 12 will be reserved for households earning up to 120 percent of the AMI.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-41789\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/Screenshot-2026-08-28-at-4.37.35-PM.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1200\" height=\"666\"  \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\">The venture will offer 12 two-bedroom units and 12 three-bedroom units. Image via St. Pete Rising<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.stpete.org\/residents\/current_projects\/deuces_rising.php\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">The City of St. Petersburg<\/a> shares that each home would come with two parking spots, along with front and rear yards. The City also owns the 2.7-acre site; it made the $2.2 million purchase in 2019. Horus Construction Services is the general contractor. Franklin &amp; Associates Realty is handling the real estate aspect.<\/p>\n<p>The Deuces Rising is part of the larger Deuces Rising Initiative, which intends to \u201crevitalize the Deuces, the historic African American entertainment and business district along the 22nd Street South corridor,\u201d according to <a href=\"https:\/\/stpeterising.com\/home\/deuces-rising-townhomes-a-new-24-unit-affordable-housing-development-nears-completion\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">St. Pete Rising<\/a>.
