III, a SPAC led and backed by the management team of Inflection Point Asset Management. The business combination was approved by Inflection Point Acquisition Corp. III shareholders and closed on Aug. 14. The combined company began trading on the Nasdaq Stock Market under the ticker symbol WATR.<\/p>\n The transaction provides a fully committed $96 million PIPE anchored by Inflection Point, existing A1R water investors, Southern Glazers Wine & Spirits, and several institutional investors. The capital will support the combined company\u2019s plans to scale water production, expand retail distribution, and build atmospheric water generation into a broader commercial category.<\/p>\n A1R water is advancing a new model for packaged water built around atmospheric water generation that integrates water generation technology, filtration, mineralization, and plastic-free packaging at the source. A1R water has launched in South Florida and is currently available through marquee sports and hospitality partnerships, including at the Miami HEAT\u2019s Kaseya Center and Inter Miami CF\u2019s NU Stadium at Miami Freedom Park.\u00a0 Distribution across South Florida retail and on-premise accounts is underway and will continue to expand across the Southeast in the coming months.<\/p>\n \u201cThe air around us is an abundant but underutilized water source. That makes it the second most-expensive US and Canadian housing market analyzed by CBRE, behind only Manhattan, where tech workers\u00a0 earn an average of almost $153,000 and spend 28.7% of their income on housing, \u00a0the South Florida Business Journal reported<\/a>.<\/p>\n The average technology worker salary in the Miami area was $112,962 in 2025. The average tech salary in the best-paid market, San Francisco, is \u00a0$195,142 and rent cost about 19.2% of the average SF salary, the report found. The collaboration will integrate Remitian\u2019s tax payment infrastructure into Thomson Reuters SafeSend giving customers in the United States a connected path from tax preparation through payment.<\/p>\n Tax software has long handled preparation, filing and compliance, but the final step: actually paying taxes across a patchwork of government portals, paper forms and bank workflows, has stayed manual and disconnected.
