(WCTV) &#8211; You could feel the excitement in Tallahassee on Saturday as college football returned.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Both Florida State University and Florida A&amp;M University played their first games of the season, bringing plenty of fans, tailgaters and action to town.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The streets around Doak Campbell Stadium at FSU and near Bragg Stadium at FAMU were filled with fans ready to cheer on their teams.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">FSU fans said they\u2019re looking forward to a comeback season, while FAMU fans said they\u2019re feeling good about the season ahead with a new coach.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">\u201cTallahassee is back to life, FSU has a game, FAMU and the game is a big rivalry game so we\u2019re super excited,\u201d said Dr. Christopher Daniels, a FAMU fan.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">\u201cGo noles, go noles and let\u2019s have a great time,\u201d said FSU students Annie Buschle and Katherine Whitlock.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">For some fans, football season is about more than what happens on the field.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">\u201cIt brings people together, fellowship, and having a good time.
