Meanwhile, Aidan Cremarosa remains the top hurler in the system despite spending several weeks on the Injured List. Thus far in his first professional season, Cremarosa has a 2.89 ERA | 2.98 FIP with a 30.4 K% & 5.4 BB% over 71.2 IP in Single-A. FanGraphs has ranked the 22-year old as the 30th top prospect in the Rays system.<\/p>\n
Jhon Diaz, the team\u2019s largest signing from the 2019 international class, had a solid week. The 23-year old launched three homeruns over three consecutive games in High-A.Austin Slater was released.Jared Oliva, a 30-year outfielder, signed a minor league deal with the Rays. He appeared in seven games earlier this season for the Giants and was most recently with the Mets before being designated for assignment on July 9th.Xavier Isaac and Caden Bodine made good impressions for their respective first weeks in Triple-A.
