We will see more typical sea breeze storms through tomorrow, however, a plume of deep tropical moisture associated with Dolly\u2019s remnants will send our rain chances even higher heading into the holiday weekend.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"576\" width=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/1_939844.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1750699\"  \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As for today, scattered showers and storms will be around throughout the day, with the best chance being in the afternoon. <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"576\" width=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/2_d50e66.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1750703\"  \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The remnants of Dolly \u2014 which is now a tropical wave \u2014 will push across Florida on Thursday into Friday, which will send our rain chances even higher heading into the weekend.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"576\" width=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/3_ca9812.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1750706\"  \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A Fall front sweeping across the eastern United States will trap even more moisture over Florida, which will keep us very wet through Labor Day.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"576\" width=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/4_61e051.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1750707\"  \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once it\u2019s all said and done, Florida will see widespread rainfall totals of 2 \u2013 4\u2033 with isolated totals much higher. Flash flooding could occur any day through Labor Day weekend.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"576\" width=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/1788378018_356_2_2a18a4.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1749770\"  \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Overall, the Holiday weekend is looking wet with storms likely each day and highs around 90.
