{"id":389923,"date":"2026-09-04T03:04:09","date_gmt":"2026-09-04T03:04:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/389923\/"},"modified":"2026-09-04T03:04:09","modified_gmt":"2026-09-04T03:04:09","slug":"bahamas-artist-killed-in-deadly-doral-area-crash","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/389923\/","title":{"rendered":"Bahamas artist killed in deadly Doral-area crash"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"c-paragraph\">DORAL, Fla. \u2014 A Bahamas artist who was killed in a v<a href=\"https:\/\/www.local10.com\/news\/local\/2026\/09\/02\/1-dead-after-crash-involving-miami-dade-deputy\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.local10.com\/news\/local\/2026\/09\/02\/1-dead-after-crash-involving-miami-dade-deputy\/\">iolent crash in Doral on Wednesday<\/a> is being remembered by friends for his talent and big heart.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Stefan Davis was the man who died after a crash involving a Miami-Dade deputy happened near Northwest 51st Terrace and Northwest 33rd Avenue.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Surveillance video captures a car speeding through the area before the video shows the violent impact.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">\u201cI heard a boom,\u201d said Norman Bradley, who said he heard the crash.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Other video angles show the force of the collision.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">The Miami-Dade Sheriff\u2019s Office told Local 10 that deputies with the Robbery Intervention Unit were conducting a traffic stop when they say 21-year-old Luis Manuel Perez hit the gas and took off.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Perez was wanted for military desertion, according to deputies.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">\u201cWhen the car flipped on its side, we said, \u2018Wow, what happened?\u2019\u201d Bradley said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">The crash left an innocent driver seriously injured.
