They did not provide details on the victim&#8217;s condition.<\/p>\n<p>Video shows authorities in front of the apartment building as yellow police tape and patrol units block off the area.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I would think the reason for the cops being there [usually] is they were taking someone who was drunk\u2014not someone who was stabbed,&#8221; passerby Victor Vertiz said.<\/p>\n<p>Then in Spanish, he added, &#8220;You wouldn&#8217;t expect to see something like that here.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>This is a developing story.
