(CBS12)  \u2014 A passenger was arrested at <a href=\"https:\/\/cbs12.com\/topic\/Miami%20International%20Airport\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Miami International Airport<\/a> Monday after authorities said he claimed he had a bomb while preparing to board a flight to <a href=\"https:\/\/cbs12.com\/topic\/Cuba\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Cuba<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>WSVN reported that 33-year-old Yoel Guevara-Crespo was boarding American Airlines Flight 1319 from Miami to Camag\u00fcey on Monday morning when an airline employee asked standard security questions about lithium batteries or incendiary devices.<\/p>\n<p>According to a Miami-Dade Sheriff\u2019s Office arrest report <a href=\"https:\/\/wsvn.com\/news\/local\/miami-dade\/passenger-arrested-after-saying-he-had-bomb-at-mia-gate-before-cuba-flight\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">cited by WSVN<\/a>, Guevara-Crespo said he did not have either item but said he had a bomb.<\/p>\n<p>The employee told him he would not be allowed to fly and that a supervisor would be contacted. He faces a second-degree felony charge of making a false report about placing a bomb or explosive.<\/p>\n<p>A judge found probable cause during a Tuesday bond court hearing and set his bond at $2,500, WSVN reported.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"MIAMI, Fla.
