From elegant hors d\u2019oeuvres to a sweet finale, this evening promises to delight your palate and transport you to the heart of France-without ever leaving the beach.<\/p>\n<p>The prix fixe menu includes:<\/p>\n<p>First Course: Chilled Pea Velout\u00e9 matched with Hubert Brochard Sancerre<\/p>\n<p>Second Course: Butter-Poached Langoustine matched with Gosset Grand R\u00e9serve, Reims<\/p>\n<p>Third Course: Chateaubriand matched with Bordeaux Blend<\/p>\n<p>Finale: Deconstructed Chocolate Napoleon Cake matched with Louis Jadot Pinot Noir, Burgundy<\/p>\n<p>The wine experience is $145 per person and includes wine pairings, a four-course dinner, tax, gratuity and valet parking.
