FERNANDINA BEACH, Fla. \u2014 The owner of a Fernandina Beach automotive shop was arrested Monday on out-of-county warrants, leaving nearly two dozen customer vehicles abandoned at a storage lot. Michael Jacobsen, 68, owner of All Pro Automotive, was arrested in connection with charges out of Putnam County.<\/p>\n
The Nassau County Sheriff\u2019s Office received multiple calls from customers who were unable to find their vehicles after the shop moved to a new location. Unanswered phone calls to All Pro Automotive left vehicle owners unaware that the primary facility had closed.<\/p>\n
Jacobsen was arrested on a warrant from Putnam County charging him with three counts of failure to appear. All Pro Automotive previously operated at 5174 First Coast Highway before moving to another location. Deputies are currently working to identify the owners of the vehicles left at the storage site. Sheriff\u2019s office personnel are offering guidance to help affected customers complete the recovery process for their property.<\/p>\n
