A 31-year veteran of the health system, Mr. Spence\u2019s appointment at Lee Health represents both a new chapter and the continuation of a career dedicated to serving the Lee Health community. Over the years, Mr. Spence has held progressively senior leadership roles, helping guide the organization\u2019s growth, operations, finances, and strategic priorities while working alongside teams across the health system.<\/p>\n
Mr. Spence will share his vision for the region\u2019s largest health system during a time of national transition in healthcare, and his plans to continue expanding healthcare services in the Greater Estero region.<\/p>\n
Dr. Joseph Klink, MD, head of Lee Health\u2019s urologic oncology department and a specialist in robotic surgery, will provide an update on new developments in Robotic Surgery and recent improvements in the treatment of various urinary conditions, including benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and Prostate Cancer.<\/p>\n
