Drop by the Career in Tech Open House to explore cool job paths and meet industry pros in person!

Most people who want a career in tech never actually start.

Not because they aren’t smart enough. Because they spend eight months reading bootcamp reviews at midnight, get overwhelmed, and go back to the job they were trying to leave.

On September 11th 2026, we’re opening our doors for a few hours to end that loop.

What you’ll walk out with:

🔹 A straight answer on which tech roles in Tampa Bay and beyond hire people without a CS degree, and what those roles actually pay here
🔹 Face time with people who were exactly where you are and now have careers in tech
🔹 A look inside CodeBoxx Academy: real curriculum, real schedule, real cost, real placement numbers. No sales pitch, no hiding the fine print.
🔹 One concrete step you can take before the end of the week

Who should be in the room:

Career changers. Parents heading back to work. High School Seniors. Recent grads with a degree that isn’t opening doors. Anyone working retail, service, warehouse, or admin who has thought “I could learn that” while watching somebody else get paid to do it.

[13
202,204,203,199,201,200
post-395099","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-st-petersburg","tag-st-pete","tag-st-pete-headlines","tag-st-pete-news","tag-st-petersburg","tag-st-petersburg-headlines","tag-st-petersburg-news
["GET
