The 2.8 million-square-foot development is planned to yield five residential towers across three phases, with the first building rising 22 stories at 4820 Park Way. The project team includes architecture firm Cooper Carry, general contractor Promethean Builders LLC, and Naples-based interior designer CID Design Group.<\/p>\n<p>The announcement follows the topping out of the first building, marking the structural completion of the 288-unit Phase One tower. Construction remains underway, with updated signage and fencing being introduced to reflect the new name. Completion of the first phase is targeted for early 2027.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-41975\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/Great-Room-scaled.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2560\" height=\"1706\"  \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Credit: ArX Creative<\/p>\n<p>At full buildout, The Plaza Davie District is planned to contain approximately 1,292 rental residences, 36,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space, and 1.1 million square feet of access-controlled parking accommodating 2,650 vehicles.<\/p>\n<p>The revised branding includes a palm tree logo and a visual identity coordinated with the development\u2019s interior color palette. According to El-Ad, the name also references the company\u2019s history with The Plaza Hotel in New York, where its redevelopment incorporated residential and hospitality uses.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-41977\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/Primary-Bathroom-scaled.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2560\" height=\"1879\"  \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Credit: ArX Creative<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Plaza Davie District represents the next chapter for this project and the community it will serve,\u201d said Matthew Jeffries, CEO of El-Ad National Properties. \u201cThe updated name and logo reflect a more intentional, hospitality-driven vision tied directly to The Plaza Davie District, prioritizing connection, experience and the energy of South Florida living. Some apartments are expected to offer views of the Guitar Hotel at the nearby Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino.<\/p>\n<p>The development is situated near Interstate 595, with connections to Florida\u2019s Turnpike and Interstate 75.
