An otherwise humdrum Tuesday is about to become so much more musically glam, courtesy of Washington, D.C.\u2019s Glitterer. Ever heard of the band Title Fight? Ned Russin, the former vocalist and bassist of that influential emo band, continues the next chapter of his musical story with his alt-punk outfit Glitterer. <\/p>\n

The project started as a solo endeavor for Russin in 2017, eventually becoming a full four-piece band in 2023. Only one year later, this new-look Glitterer released their first collective album, Rationale. And clearly the chemistry was working, because they followed in short order with Erer in 2025. Glitterer is currently on tour across the U.S. alongside Bleary Eyed and Guttered, and their live sets are high energy with an attendant musical punch, crafting their \u201cwall of sound\u201d live in grand style. <\/p>\n
