When open, it will deliver 48\u00a0condos\u00a0in\u00a0one- to four-bedroom\u00a0layouts, including\u00a0six penthouses\u00a0of\u00a0up to\u00a03,633 square feet.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are pleased to complete this financing, which reinforces the quality of The Lincoln, its prime Coconut Grove location and the strength of our development team, shareholders and investors,\u201d said Jorge Rucas,\u00a0director of U.S.\u00a0real\u00a0estate at LORE.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/southfloridaagentmagazine.com\/2026\/06\/17\/three-agents-join-one-sothebys\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">ONE Sotheby\u2019s International Realty<\/a> is handling sales and marketing for the development, which is over 40% sold.
